  Test build (0.3.1): Phase-3.5 device-first correction (ADR-N012). Devices are preset-optional and port-first; add_device -> create_device; new add_port / delete_port / bulk_add_ports (with optional batch net-config); save_device_as_preset; duplicate_device. Additive migration 002_device_first.sql. Full details in commit 51bae2c. This is a hands-on validation build, not a phase completion (ADR-N011 exception recorded).
