    0.3.30 blocking-fix build (ADR-N040): Edit-dialog layout regression from 0.3.29. Apply button moves OUT of the bulk table row into a toolbar ABOVE the table. .ports-table-wrap overflow-x: auto removed with the wrapper — killed the ~150px scrollbox and the Media popover clipping. THEME RULE: :root color-scheme dark + universal ::-webkit-scrollbar tokens (no white scrollbars anywhere, ever). .screen-wide 1400px cap removed; panels use viewport width. Visual verification via headless Chromium against VITE_MOCK harness (agent has no loud-win GUI); big switch, 1-port device, and bulk Media popover all confirmed. Rust 56/56, TS+Vite clean.
