    Test build (0.3.7): unified device editor + VLAN edit + app-wide dropdown fix. ADR-N018 (Create and Edit are one editor; port CRUD moves inside the editor), ADR-N020 (combobox popover flex-shrink fix — long lists scroll cleanly). Network / VLANs gets full inline row-edit with mask + notes + duplicate-id collision guards. ADR-N016 amended: pre-flight screenshot pass retired; operator verifies via the installed release.
