    Test build (0.3.8): Pile-A corrections on top of 0.3.7. (a) Combobox popover dark-theme fix — WebView2 scrollbar chrome now matches the app palette. (b) ADR-N018 completion — Edit-mode PortRow gains inline Media LookupCombobox; MiscPortRow gains inline Signal LookupCombobox. (c) ADR-N019 formalised — inline warn+suggest under VLAN form fields for off-boundary CIDR, subnet overlap, duplicate VLAN id, duplicate gateway. Four new Rust validate() rules mirror all four on the Validate screen. Never auto-applies.
