    Test build (0.3.9): two fixes on top of 0.3.8. (a) Stale-read after create — a newly-created device now shows its ports immediately; ordering fix in the create+ports orchestration (setSelected was firing before ports were materialised, so the reloadPorts effect saw an empty DB). (b) VLAN mask field derived from the CIDR and rendered read-only in both create form and row-edit — the CIDR is now the single source of truth. Mask still stored on save so exports keep working.
