0.9.73 — drag a patch to move it

Press and hold a patched port and slide it to another port on the same
switch, iOS-icon style. The candidate under the pointer paints green if
the drop is legal and red if it is not; release on green to commit, and
release on red, outside the grid, or Escape to cancel with nothing
written. The patch panel screen gets the same gesture for moving a run
    between slots.

A move relocates the port's state — trunk or access, VLANs and all —
onto the destination exactly as it was. The vacated port goes empty. The
device at the other end of the cable is never touched: only the cable's
    switch-side endpoint moves.

Cable data survives the move. A move re-points one end of the
existing cable rather than deleting and recreating it, so cable id,
type, length, route, chain, sequence and notes all come through intact —
and the Cable Schedule keeps reading them.

PoE, speed and media type stay with the physical port, because they
describe the socket rather than the patch.

Refused, and reverted without writing: dropping on a port that is
already patched, dragging a LAG member or dropping onto one (it would
break the port-channel silently), and moving between copper and SFP.
Dropping onto a disabled port is allowed — the incoming config
overwrites it and the port stops being disabled.

Clicking a port still opens the patch panel exactly as before; the drag
only starts after a brief hold or a few pixels of movement.

No schema change, no migration. Client-only release — the library
    service is unchanged.
