    Phase 4 frontend chunk 1: Amp Channels CRUD + Patch Matrix. Inputs across / outputs down (DiGiCo/Q-SYS-style patch), amp-anchored rows above speaker-anchored fallback rows, numbered slots on both axes, anchor tag on each output row. Delay/Gain toggle on the matrix — one grid, two parameter sets. Warning UX split into faults vs advisories with distinct visual weight. Bias slider + hide-context-when-single-mode + gain-sheet CSV export are deliberately the next chunk. Sample Bistro attached — open it, hit Solve & save, toggle Delay/Gain, click cells to inspect + edit manual/commissioned. Expected: 18 rows FULL-VENUE @ 22°C, 1 fault (route_dead_end) + 1 advisory (multi_speaker_spread) in the Notes section.
