  Delay Matrix reshape (no gates, opens rendered) + auto-provisioned DEFAULT route_set. Route-set / calc-mode / listener selectors retired from the Delay Matrix; advanced disclosure keeps only route-set picker (when >1) and distance mode. Every new project has an implicit DEFAULT route_set from birth so single-scene venue work never confronts the concept. Sample Bistro fixture unchanged in content (still FULL-VENUE + LOCAL-BGM + 22 io_channels for the patch views); FULL-VENUE now active=true so the matrix opens populated. Backend 143 tests green.
