  LOUD Win Helper 0.0.9

  • Starts ConPTY terminal shells in the active/logged-in user session using WTSQueryUserToken and CreateProcessAsUserW.
  • Uses the user environment block so PATH and user variables are available.
  • Falls back to SYSTEM if no user token is available.
